This inquiry serves as a PRELIMINARY PROPOSAL and ESTIMATE based on the details you provide below. We will get a proposal to you within 24-48 hours. Weekend inquiries may take longer, depending on our workload.

We are based in central Tucson and are happy to travel up to 100 miles to your event location! If your event is within 30 miles, no additional minimums apply. For events located over 30 miles from central Tucson, a minimum guest count of 50 people is required.

Please note that we charge a delivery fee of $0.85 per mile for any distance over 30 miles, which is calculated as a round trip.

  • A 15% fee will be added for tax and gratuity

Budget & Booking

Most of our party cart packages start at $300 and up and are priced per person. Minimum guest count is 30. Keep in mind that the final pricing depends on the number of guests, the type of cart, your selections, hours of service, enhancements and customizations. Service time minimum is 2 hours. Each additional hour is $50 per hour per attendant.

This is a price quote request and not a confirmation of date availability. We are currently witnessing a substantial influx of booking inquiries for the 2026 season, and on many occasions, a particular date might already be booked.

During the initial communication phase, dates cannot be reserved or assured, and their availability might change suddenly without prior notice. We'll only be sure if a date is available once we've finalized the details, completed the paperwork, and you've paid the invoice. Price quotes are good for up to 5 days and will expire thereafter.
